When you go to unpossess the ROM, the healer guy comes out and says for the mini-ghost to get lost, then the mini-ghost says ok. Then the rom gets unpossessed. Would be good if the Teleport editor used that spreadsheet looking thing, and had 3 columns, like this: Name X Y ---------------------- | Hi | 100 | 10 | ---------------------- | Town | 30 | 100 | ---------------------- | Boo | 900 | 55 | ---------------------- . . . and so on. Am thinking the items section shouldn't have submenus and the two sections should be put into one window, but separated by tabs. One tab for Stats/Names and one for Text/Actions. In the future, if we do some good programming, we could possibly get them all onto one tab, but for now let's just do two. So obviously the icon in the menu should become a gift present, not a trash can. And maybe, MAYBE that would be a good idea for enemies too. It would make more sense and easier for people to switch between the two things. We'll do this tab thing with font editors and also with menu editing later on. So make sure you have it all set up in the Battle Text menu editor for tabs. Probably put it in its own tab to start with, and add more tabs as we get more menu editing stuff in later versionsf. Probably need a View thing in the menu, with Search and Find Next. And need a Find Next icon on the toolbar. Status bar descriptions should be as following: PK Hack: (mentioned in earlier notes, also need to include the filename on the status bar somewhere...) Enemies: Modify enemy attributes. Items: Modify item attributes. PSI: Modify PSI and PSI-related attributes. Names: Modify PSI names. Teleport: Modify Teleport locations and names. Text: Modify game text. Ailments: Rename status ailments. Phone: Edit the phone list and phone-related text. Menu: Edit text found in menus. Save States: Modify EarthBound save states created by ZSNES. Do the Hotkeys thing, it's usually pretty easy, just put a & before a keyletter, like &File will make Alt-F bring up the File menu, etc. Would be soooo helpful if the Tab key worked like it does in other progs... In the file opening thing, make it say SNES ROM (*.smc, *.sfc, *.fig, etc...) Incorporate Enemy Type and background music into enemy section
