This is in response to many questions I have received from people who could not get
the sprite editor to run even after following the instructions included with the program.

The sprite editor is a DOS program, not a Windows program, so you need to run it from
the DOS prompt.  If you have no idea what that means, go to the PK Hack forum and ask,
do not mail me, I don't have time to explain how to use DOS.
