Event Flags 04 02 00 = Default "Say something different" flag. It's universal, so if it's set for one person, it's set for everybody. 04 05 02 = This keeps the lights on in Ness' house once you turn them on. 04 0B 00 = Enemies will not appear 04 0B 02 = Removes Onett Townspeople / Enemies south of Ness' house. 04 0D 00 = Returns the Happy Happy Village colors to normal, and removes Paula from the cabin. 04 12 02 = Removes Tracy from her bedroom 04 14 02 = Music for Ness' bedroom will be set as "Meteor Fall" 04 15 02 = Meteor Crash sfx will be played upon entering Ness' room if unset 04 20 01 = Set when the Hawk Eye lights up Deep Darkness. 04 27 01 = Pokey will be banging down the door (this does not affect music.) 04 40 00 = Text changes after defeating Frank 04 44 00 = Text changes after defeating Carpainter 04 3C 00 = Everdred has passed out in the street in Fourside, like the stinky drunkard he is. 04 49 00 = Signals the end-game conditions after Giygas is gone. 04 5E 00 = Pokey won't tell you to talk to your mom. 04 60 00 = Marks that Pokey has made his speech, and told you to talk to your mom. 04 7A 02 = Paula is captured by Carpainter, and begins calling Ness telepathically. 04 BE 00 = Titanic Ant is defeated 04 BF 00 = Mondo Mole is defeated 04 C0 00 = Trillionage Sprout is defeated 04 C1 00 = Shrooom! is defeated 04 C2 00 = Plague Rat of Doom is defeated 04 C3 00 = Thunder and Storm are defeated 04 C4 00 = Electro Specter is defeated 04 C5 00 = Carbon Dog and Diamond Dog are defeated 04 CB 00 = Set after you learn the Stoic Club’s phone number 04 D4 01 = You will be locked out of the Minches' house. 04 D5 01 = Cop cars/roadblocks will not appear near Ness' house. 04 D6 01 = Tracy says something different right after the beginning 04 D7 01 = Mom doesn't bother you about getting dressed at the beginning. 04 D8 01 = Text changes after you talk to Pokey on the hill. 04 D9 01 = Tracy will appear in the hall, and the Door Knocking music will be started in Ness' room. 04 DA 01 = Mom appears outside the front door. 04 DC 01 = When set, roadblocks appear on the hill. 04 DD 01 = Ness will be in bed, sleeping. 04 ED 02 = Wears pajamas instead of normal clothes. 04 EE 02 = Triggers Mom's message when you run out of the house before talking to her. 04 EF 02 = During Chaos Theater concert, the people will vanish.
